Service Description

Vinyasa flow classes beautifully integrate breath and movement. Movement is dynamic in nature in order to dissolve tension and stuck energy within the body. This practise is a meditation in motion and incorporates yogic philosophy as a way to access the traditional teachings of the ancient yoga system.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Classes If you book and can no longer attend a live class then a recording will be sent to you. Please note this is not an automated service. You can request your recording by emailing 24 hours in advance. Recording links will be sent within 12 hours of the live class (or sooner depending upon upload time) and are available for 24 hours from the time sent. It is your responsibility to view the recording within the time given as recordings are automatically deleted at the expiration time. Cancellation Policy Astrological Bookings Once this service has been booked it cannot be cancelled due to the preparation involved to work on your chart. If you can no longer make the date you have booked, an alternative date can be arranged.
